Nice Places to visit in Kuwait:

  • Kuwait Towers: You could buy a ticket to go up to one of those spheres. The view from above is lovely especially at sunset or at night. There is a restaurant as well as a gift shop in there.
  • Souk Sharq: A Large mall which was built around a decade ago. It has many shops, restaurants, cafes and cinemas. Lovely view of the Marina & Kuwait City.
  • The Scientific Center:Inside the center, there is a very nice aquarium. It’s one of the largest in the Middle East. There is also IMAX cinema that shows documentaries and educational films, gift shop and some cafes and fast restaurants. Don’t miss going there. It’s worth a visit.
  • The Arabian Gulf Street: It’s one of longest streets in Kuwait. On one side you see the beach and the other side, you see Kuwait City. People love to practice their sports on that street as the view is lovely.
  • AL-Hashemi and al-Boom: Those are two great dhows at SAS hotel. The Hashimi is the largest wooden Arabic dhow in the world. It’s even recorded on the Guinness World Records. It’s 80.4 m long, 18.7 m wide and weighs an estimated 2,500 tons. And al-boom is a seafood restaurant. In addition, there is a dhow museum next to them. They’re worth a look.

  • Salhiya Complex: This complex has mostly designer shops such as Luis Vuitton, Fendi, Dior, Escada, etc. and a few cafes.
  • Mall 360: New mall, recently opened with designer clothes, cafes restaurant and IMAX Cinema.
  • Souq Al-Mubarikiya: If you want to experience old Kuwait, go there. It has many old fashioned stores and restaurants that serve yummy Middle Eastern food.
