I went to Kuala Lumpur during Eid Al-Adha. I visited the following places and I ranked the attractions from top to bottom. You can read my review of those attractions at the end of each picture.
|1. Kuala Lumpur Bird Park
Large park with the most beautiful colorful birds you’ve seen in your life.
| 2. Firefly Park Resort
We took a river boat ride to view Fireflies that flash LIGHT. It was like seeing Christmas Trees being lit up by flashing lights. Amazing!
| 3. Kuala Lumpur Butterfly Park
We had the chance to view many colorful large species of butterflies.
| 4. Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary
You can feed the elephants, ride them and take a bath with them in the river. I did the first two. It was very cool.
|5. Feed the Monkeys at Bukit Melawati|
| 6. Kuala Lumpur Agricultural Heritage Park
I got to see fruit and vegetables plants that Malaysia produce from Pineapple, Dragon Fruit, Cocao, Coffee, Black Pepper, Palm, Coconut, etc. It was interesting very informative.
| 7. Handicraft Batik Factory
It’s a shop where they show you how to they hand-print on silk and other fabrics. They also sell Malaysian Handicraft such as hand-printed silk robes, scraves, etc. Very Interesting & Worth a visit.
|Not Ranked List (Below) You are not missing much if you are not going to visit the places below.|
| Kuala Lumpur Orchid & Hibiscus Garden
I also visited Kuala Lumpur Orchid & Hibiscus Garden. If you are going to go to the KL Bird Park, then drop by the garden as it is front of it.
I looked at government offices and inside of the Putra Mosque. It was interesting.
We went to Genting Highlands. I don’t recommend it as the queue are very long (1-2 hrs) per ride and the rides aren’t so great to justify the queue.
